Orders

I just placed an order on the website. When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. In very rare cases, some orders might take longer to ship. This can be due to availability, backordered items, holidays, or other natural causes that prevents us from shipping your order in a timely manner.

Shipping cost?

99.9 percent of all US orders will ship free via standard USPS shipping. Shipping can be upgraded to Priority or other shipping methods if available. For orders to Canada, we charge a small fee. For all other destinations, your shipping charges and available shipping options/service(s) will be prominently displayed in your shopping cart.

I placed an order and it seems there are missing information in my address(s). How do I change this?

If you placed an order and you feel either your billing or shipping address is incorrect, you must contact us so we can make appropriate changes before your order is shipped. Be aware that we will not be responsible for undeliverable items that is as a result of you the customer providing incomplete or wrong information.

How can I view my order history?

If you created an account during checkout, you will be able to view your order history by logging in to your account. If you didn't create an account during the checkout process, there is not way to view your order history.

My order came with an eBook. How do I get that?

We strongly advise that you create an account if your order has an eBook associated with it. Creating an account gives you easy access to download your eBooks instead of having to go through customer service each time you want to download your eBooks.

I just received my order and would like to return it. How do I do that?

Due to the kind of industry we're in and the nature of our business, we will not be able to accept returns on opened bottles. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to access a restock fee of $5 - $10 per item or 10% of the item value(including shipping); we access a restock fee based on the larger value.
